Okay…so almost a year since I updated but I promise, I’m mentally still finding a new thing each day.
Today I love that he’s as excited about the baby clothes I bought for his nephew’s 1st bday as I am:)

I was doing so well – for a hot second. Problem was I started congratulating myself before I’d make this whole “on-time” thing an official habit. I am late to work every single day and I justify it a million ways. The point is being late is in direct violation of living the life of excellence Christ has called me to. Now to just be on time…
So I realized this was worth adding to my list last year but just recently figured out he how. It’s not picking up the check when we go out or calling and texting just to say hi. We do all those things but I realize my role is greater. As her sister and friend, the greatest way I can be “better” is to live a life that is sold-out for Christ and be a better example to my sister. I think I will start by doing things like inviting her over more, sending her books, cards, etc. And I think I’ll buy her a bible very soon…
