I can’t wait to scratch this off my list! I’m still pretty slow as I run @11:15 pace but if you’d told me a few months ago I’d be able to run for over an hour I wouldve called you crazy. And now..I may be slow but I keep running:) My first 10k race is thanksgiving morning and I can’t wait! What a way to earn my turkey:)

I obviously still have a problem with this. I was reading a previous entry from over 2 years ago and I still have binge days and “good” days. Gotta get it together. This is a real problem because it is about self-control. If I can’t control something as simple as what I eat, how can I control anything else. Resisting temptation is part of life and I must be stronger in this area. Purifying myself of everything that contaminates mind and body…
It’s absolutely amazing what a few mini crates and a set of stackable mesh bins from Walmart can do for ones sanity! It only took me $12 and 45 minutes to de-clutter and completely organize the cabinets under my bathroom sink. I live in a shoebox so the bathroom is quite small. I have tons of hair and beauty stuff (like most women)and very little space to put it. So I was always fumbling around in this big basket I kept everything in under the sink and inevitably, the thing I needed was always at the bottom. Well no more! I organized the stackable bins in a way where the top bin holds all my everyday use products and the bottom my less frequently used things. I then used the mini crates to store things like boxes of band aids, alcohol, sunscreen…the crap that I need but just flung in there. I keep going into the bathroom to take a peek. Such. A. Nerd. But a happy more organized one:)
