How I did it: I originally purchased this laptop as a gift for myself in Dec. 2007.  I was approved by Sony for the 18 months interest free same as cash deal (meaning I didn't have to pay until June 2009).  However, I knew that deferred interest rates are NO GOOD, so I started paying it off early.  I had a nice little payment schedule going on until I slacked off in the middle & end of 2008.  With the end of the financed deal qu… Read how I did it…

stop buying lip gloss

My mother just counted 18 lip glosses in one of my makeup bags(I only own 2 though). Most of them are similar shades of coral, pink, and brown. This has to stop. It WILL stop. I’m going to alternate using them all daily because I think I keep buying more because I get tired of using my “everyday shade”. So, I’m not going to restrict myself to one shade, I’m going to use a different one everyday to spice things up.

I find that I don’t pay attention whenever I’m rushing through something. I’m slowing down & taking time to BREATHE and take in everything that’s around me.

pay off my laptop
Done by June 2009 8 months ago

I’ve actually been paying this off little by little, so I’m almost done. I’ve had this computer since last year & although I don’t have to make any payments on it until June, I’d rather do it before then. Besides, if I waited until June, I’d also have to pay over $300 in accrued interest. Sorry, Sony, I love you…but not enough to give you an extra $300.
