Alright, so I wanted to do this goal originally at the beginning of the summer and got totally sidetracked. But when I started at the beginning of the summer, I was 165.

Now I’m at 155, and 10 pounds is great. :) But still, it wouldn’t hurt to lose 10 more…or even 20!

I’m doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred again, but I’m doing level 2 this time. it kicks my ass quite thoroughly. in addition, sometimes i do the dallas cowboy cheerleader bootcamp as well. i want to lose this weight in time for christmas, when i see family in canada!

Starting all over again! 3 months ago

Well, I have made a little progress. At the beginning of summer I weighed about 165 and through a Jillian Michaels video, I am 158 now. Unfortunately I fell out of the daily habit of working out each day, so I’m restarting my goal.

As of today, I am going to try and lose about 23 pounds to become 135. Ideally, I’d like to slim down to the 120s but I would be content at 135.

Exercise Schedule:
Monday: jog 20-45 minutes, ab workout video [20 minutes]
Tuesday: 4 mile walk to work, arm workout video [20 minutes]
Wednesday: run 30-45 minutes, ab video
Thursday: 4 mile walk to work, arm video
Friday: jog 45-60 minutes, ab video
Saturday: pilates or yoga, 20-30 minutes of cardio
Sunday: ab video and/or pilates

Alright, here it goes!

Acckk, I hope this works out well!!

I may be going to Asia this summer and might be going to Japan again! I’ve gone before and a lot of the guys were cute there! I want to go there and impress some. ;D

But not only that- the girls in Asia are so skinny and flat..the last time I was there, I was so envious and couldn’t enjoy my trip to the fullest because I was so jealous. If I can complete this goal…then maybe I’ll be able to enjoy my new body and be completely comfortable with myself. :) I’m going to make this work!
