I am not losing weight even though I am working out 4x a week. I looked spark people today. It looks interesting. The measurments I don’t get what exactly is .2 cup. is that a 1/4 or 1/3. The food combinations are kind of wierd but I can change the food on the menu. I think I might start by incorporating one meal at a time. Baby steps.

How I did it: You can go to the Hawai‘i Volcanoes National Park and see the crater of Kilauea. This is cool because you see steam coming up from the crater, but most of the cold lava flow is blocked off and forest has grown on it and as you drive by you see steam coming out of the ground. How I did it: After printing out which pictures I wanted to label I tried several different pens. I had read that Gel pens were the best for writing on photos but I found that they smear and one did not dry,even 24 hours later. I wrote on a few with ball point pen but I soon found writing on all of them very tiring. I am going slower, but it is hard because I feel like I am holding people up. Even though I am technically going over the speed limit. For the last couple of days I have just stayed in the far right lane. With that I am doing good, but I did get a little frustrated this morning with traffic. But I guess this time of year it is only going to get worse so I will have to learn to deal. I also need to keep working at slowing down/stopping at yellow lights.
I had a small bottle and it took me all day to finish it. After taking a few drinks I just did not want anymore. It just did not feel good.I am so happy that I am losing the taste for it. I don’t know how long it will take me to not want any at all but this is the most progress I have ever made when attempting to give up Diet Coke.
