for the past over a month I have been walking for 45 minutes! now with this cold.. what did I do??? cant get out the wind is brutal.. I went on the treadmill instead!! wow.. put on a good show about Europe that motivated me more!! whoo hooo am doing it!! and am not wasting my walks by having any candybars afterward!! noo sirreee!

I want to eat healthier so am trying but the first thing I go for are salads.. they can be made to be yummy but having it sit there in a bowl looking all not that yummo.. doesnt help.. so am going find things that i can put in my salads that will get me motivated and make me feel better about myself at the end of the day will be the kinds of healthy foods that are good to eat and good for me.. knowledge is power i can do this!!! i will be more aware!!
I love getting my walking shoes on, getting my dog on his leash and going for my walk.. I know I need to walk for 45 minutes to make a difference in my day for so many reasons.. first and foremost for my health, and to take a break in the day and do something for myself. I really feel good about myself when I get back from my walk. I know its something that I need to keep this task for myself in check and the forefront and find a reason why I should everyday..I love the extra energy boost I get from my long walks..
