I have this huge iss ue with anxiety and the way i handle things. It carries over on to my working with other people an always feeling like I am doing something wrong when I am not. Its ruining my life.

How I did it: about 4 months ago I hit a break down moment in my life where I had to change things. FOr anyone going through a "find yourself moment" you should read 20 something 20 everything. How I did it: I decided that 170 was not the weight for me and told my self I would rollerblade 8 miles for two days and then for one take a break and keep doing that. It made me go 5 days a week without being burned out. I miles is only about 1 hour 10 mins. It was not too tiring, and I didn't and have not go burnt out on it either. So I have been slacking for the last couple weeks. I was working out 3-4 times a week, and eating moderatly well. I have noticed myu jeans are tighter and my belly is starting to droop a bit. Now am a pretty fit person. I am 5’6 160, but I am trim and muscly not flabby. I spent a good two years working out consistintantly and when I reached up to 150, was very proud of myself. I like having muscles. I am wanting to be around 140, slim and fit. I refuse to weigh myself everyday, but I will try to hit 4-5 work outs a week
Currently: 5’6, 150lbs. size 8 womens and 11 juniors. Med/lg shirts
Yesterday:
B-Granola Bar
L-Ham sandwich, Chips, Soup, Crackers
D-Stuffed ravioli, Garlic Bread
Snacks- Chocalate, Suckers, Peanuts…
GYM- Eliptical 60 mins-661 cals
My problem is carbs, I love carbs.
This weeks goal: M-F Go to gym for one hour each day, more than 500 cals. Change candy and chocalote to almonds.
I am on the road to losing 15 lbs, buying better make up and getting rid of all my old clothes. Its time for a change I think. I need suggestions and support.
