How I did it
How I did it: I went to an anti-smoking center. They use a treatment called ototherapy, meaning a treatment on the ear bulbs. It does not hurt and I only had one session of 20 minutes. IIt helped me with the cope with many of the withdrawal symptoms. Still I was a smoker for 10 years, so I had to battle the habit of smoking by myself.
