there is a requirement that a certain percentage of crops be destroyed each harvest. give me just one good reason for that.

How I did it: i worked at it constantly, quarter by quarter, settling for nothing less than the best. when i had a 3.9 on my first report card of the year, i was completely dissatisfied. i put it on my magnet board right above my desk as a constant reminder of my goal, and kept it in mind as i did my homework and studied hard for tests. How I did it: if you're trying to get motivated to exercise, the answer is most often just to do it. stop making excuses, or find a more compelling reason. just go.for me, my mum bought an erg, so i started rowing 30 minutes each day. eventually i got tired of it so i started walking my dog every day. hey, someone's gotta walk that animal, right? i figure, if i do it, then i'm getting my workout at the same time. win-win. I really wanted to do this, but I haven’t had any time, which stresses me out. Hmmm. I think in the Summer time it’ll be a lot easier.
I’m really hoping daily or weekly meditation will help me find a balance or a path in life and get more in touch with my world. Outside sounds like a good place to do so.
