I began training for Thai Boxing twice a week a few months ago. I had an amateur fight coming up last month and my instructor recommended me to start running to build up my stamina. I carried this on after my fight, and now train twice a week and run once. It makes me feel good about myself knowing that my exercise is helping me build up my fitness.

How I did it: I went on a trip for 80 dollars in Jamaica. We rode the quads for around an hour and a half. Two ladies in their sixties who had never rode them before were put at the front of us (we all had to ride in a single file line through a track) and so it was very slow to start with. How I did it: I was still in school at the time, and as Christmas was approaching our year group decided to have a competition between each class to see who could perform the best festive song. How I did it: I was staying in a hotel in Jamaica and met a few Canadians. I drunk with them a few nights and managed to convince them on their final night to come skinny dipping in the pool. It was around 3:30am and about seven of us got in the pool. Only about three, including myself, stripped off completely. It was a good laugh and something I'm glad I can finally say I have done.
