I used to love exercise. Sometime in my 20s I fell out of love with it and I just haven’t been making it a habit. Keep looking for the perfect routine, the perfect activity to help me exercise but I think I just need to take it one day at a time. Was reading some else’s profile on 43 things and am feeling motivated.
