How I did it: Lots of cardio, and strength training, little to no alcohol, and eating healthy foods! If you are bored, go for a walk or a bike ride. If you arent hungry... dont eat... or just have a healthy little snack like carrots or a small half PB&J, dont eat just because you are bored. Never turn down an offer to do soemthing active. How I did it: Drink lots of water, eat things that you know are healthy, and stop drinking alcohol!!! Also, workout and always say YES when someone asks if you wanna go for a bike ride, or walk. Have my preliminary interview on Monday… I will get all the paperwork I need to fill out, and start on it. The recruiter says it usually takes about 3 months to finish… I am aiming for 2.
