Yep I’d like to meet the guy and sink a few beers with him and chat about whatever comes up!
Having seen some of his programmes he seems quite passionate about getting the most from even the most simplest of foods.
To try and travel to every country (preferably not those in the middle of a conflict) in the World and sample something of the local cuisine
Did most of it when I was young and my folks dragged me half way around the planet. But I don’t realy think it counts until you have been able to stand on your own two feet and take a picture of it!
