Doing well - for once! 11 months ago

I haven’t posted in ages!

BUT thought I would now because I’m actually keeping to a diet for once! I’m now coming to the end of my 5th day and things are going great. I know I’ve lost weight but don’t know how much yet because I’m being stricked on myself – only alowing myself to weigh myself once a week, so I’ll know on thursday morning if I’ve lost anything :)

Basicly my diet started off as a complete liquid diet, making sure I don’t go over 500 calories a day, however I found that if I had soup which had chunks of veg or meat in I would eat less calories and feel fuller, happier and less weak :)

Days so far:
1st day = 502cals
2nd day = 507cals
3rd day = 454cals (this is where I started having soups at dinner)
4th day = 494cals
5th day = 481cals (2day)

I’ll post again on thursday to let people know how the 1st week has gone :)

It’s gunna be harder on wednesday because I go back home – why didn’t I start this diet earlier? :( I’m going to have to actually eat with the family, I just pray to god I don’t gain for the month I’m back at home! BUT as soon as I’m back here at uni I’m going to get back on this diet!

Lose weight - Cambridge Diet
Doing it :) 15 months ago

I’ve been on the cambridge diet for a week and a half now, I’ve lost 7lb (half a stone) in the 1st week, I have my next weight check on tuesday, I’ll keep ppl updated each week – THIS DIET WORKS!

Back again! 16 months ago

Been so busy lately that my fast went out of the window, but now I have no plans but to loose weight! I’ve also bought some diet aid stuff so we’ll see if that helps, I’m not going back to my fast but I am eating only when I have to. I don’t think I’m strong enough to stop myself from eating at the moment :(

Foods I’m trying to avoid: bread & sweets!

Anyway, I’m back and more determined then ever, y? well met up with a few friends who I hadn’t seen in a while and they all looked great – one had even lost weight and every1 was commenting on how great they looked, as for me I must have gained cause I looked fat in every picture me took, hate it!
