I haven’t posted in ages!
BUT thought I would now because I’m actually keeping to a diet for once! I’m now coming to the end of my 5th day and things are going great. I know I’ve lost weight but don’t know how much yet because I’m being stricked on myself – only alowing myself to weigh myself once a week, so I’ll know on thursday morning if I’ve lost anything :)
Basicly my diet started off as a complete liquid diet, making sure I don’t go over 500 calories a day, however I found that if I had soup which had chunks of veg or meat in I would eat less calories and feel fuller, happier and less weak :)
Days so far:
1st day = 502cals
2nd day = 507cals
3rd day = 454cals (this is where I started having soups at dinner)
4th day = 494cals
5th day = 481cals (2day)
I’ll post again on thursday to let people know how the 1st week has gone :)
It’s gunna be harder on wednesday because I go back home – why didn’t I start this diet earlier? :( I’m going to have to actually eat with the family, I just pray to god I don’t gain for the month I’m back at home! BUT as soon as I’m back here at uni I’m going to get back on this diet!
