Again – I will start today and at least go for a walk at lunch, maybe if I try little steps instead of the big goal I will start to make some progress. I have gotten my eating under control but seem to be at a stand still and I know this because i haven’t started an exercise program, maybe “program” is the wrong word. Maybe I should be like an alcoholic and do it one day at a time with little steps…..I will try this for one week and get back to you.
