I have lost count of how many times I have re-read this series, and every time I am taken away by the reality of it. I have always felt that the characters were friends of mine, and if I looked hard enough I would one day find an entrance to Narnia myself. While I am now an adult, I still read this series regularly and I know that if I ever meet Peter, Lucy, Edmund, Caspian, or the rest, I will run to them and greet them as long time friends, much as Lucy and the Mergirl in Dawn Treader
