Not only this, but eventually, the teens/kids with a passion, can be awarded a type of scholarship through this program. It’s more of a charity… But I believe, in poor areas of the community, the kitchen is never really an open place. To actually be able to afford food that isn’t frozen…Is sometimes rare. I’d love to introduce those people to real food and a passion that they can have for a life time. Not only that, but this kitchen will keep them out of trouble in their community, it will open doors of opportunity and it will make people realize the connections that food brings people.
