To celebrate my 40th birthday in March I decided to throw a cocktailparty for my friends. The theme is Cocktails & Canapés at 8pm, which means I have to make canapés for 35 people…..well, who said it should be easy to party :-)

Croissants in Paris

On my recent 40th birthday trip to London & Paris with Hubby, I attended a 3 hour cooking class on how to make french croissants. It was fun, but also a bit difficult as I’m not very confident when working with dough. The result turned out very tasty though, yet I have not had the courage to replicate them at home….time will come.
