Well, I’ve been accepted, and now the training has begun, reminding me why I decided not to do one in the last 7 years!

I did one at 18, another a year later…not very fast, just dragging myself round to raise money. After a seven year gap, I’m doing another this year, hopefully a bit faster this time :)

My mum thinks it is silly and says “you’ll never get a job with that thing poking out of your eyebrow”...but that’s been about the only negative reaction. I like it, although wish it wasn’t so fiddly to unscrew…I’ve dropped it on the floor so many times!

As my first piercing, I was dreading it…but the pain was so much less than I was expecting. Almost tempted to try more piercings…
