stop being angry
Easier said then done!!

I plan to write letters to the ppl that I am angry at and not send them. I have heard this helps. I have been hurt alot in the past by very close friends and I feel that this anger has affected the relationships or lack of relationships that I now have. Although I dont think I am less angry now,im more annoyed but glad that I have learned alot from dealing with these people especially at such a young age.

I will update tomorrow how I get on!!
1000 sit ups!!
1000 leg raises!!1000 hip exercises for each hip!!
1000 sit ups for side muscles!!
500 reps of other exercises!!



Get up every week day at 6!!
Not Going good!!

I was recked tired after having worked 7 days in a row!!
so slept in a little actually alot!! as it made me late for work!!
plan on having an early night tonight so will try and do this tomor tuesday (20th of May)
