"Stretch and Meditate Daily" 2 days ago

I will stretch every morning at some point as a part of my morning routine.

I will meditate every night directly before going to bed as a part of my evening routine.

I will do this at least five days a week for the next month (long enough to say that it is a routine), then I will call this complete.

After doing this, I will buy myself an inspirational book (to be decided upon) that I want. Whatever one I want.



keep a gratitude journal
I knew... 2 days ago

...that I needed to do this when my “Reflect on 5 things for which I’m grateful” goal fell apart anytime that I couldn’t get to a computer. I was given a beautiful leather bound journal with flowers all over it, and instantly I knew what I would use it for. It is beauty, inspiration, and gratitude bound in Italian leather. Perfect.

Well worth doing.
