my best friend had just broken up with her boyfriend, and she was devastated
she’s really shy and reserved, but I’m not
I didn’t know how to fix her, to make her better
we walked out of church, the rain was falling down sweet and heavy and warm
and I grabbed her hand and we just started dancing
she started crying and we were just laughing and dancing and people were staring but it was great
