Somehow I have managed to lose weight. Because I wasn’t making a conscious effort to do it, it feels quite weird! It has obviously happened because I have been trying to eat vegetables or stir frys for dinner and Ive been having healthy lunches such as salad rolls. I am happy that it has made a difference but I actually ate like this for my body! Well anyway, Ill keep doing what I am doing!

I cancelled it~~

Well I cancelled my Gym membership. They tried to make it hard for me by making me go in there to cancel it, but it didnt bother me. I went in, cancelled it, and now have a exercise bike coming tonight. Its all I went on at the gym anyway.
Turns out much cheaper, and i dont have to walk to get there.
Meditation

I think its an important part of human existance. Learning how to step outside of the world if only for a short time, to recharge yourself so that you can cope with the busy world we live in. This is one thing I would like to do properly.
