Okay so I recently got great lengths hair extensions put in my hair to fill my sides up where I’ve been pulling. I was doing really well with not pulling so I thought I would reward myself by spending a lot of money on hair extensions—-and I LOVE THEM. I went and got them done last Friday and I haven’t pulled since! They are helping me more than I thought. Not only do I love my hair now but I am really really careful not to pull because it was so expensive! So, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who hasn’t pulled for a while and wants their hair to look nice again. My stylist said that they normally don’t recommend it to people who are pullers unless they are confident they won’t pull out the extensions. So anyway, if you’re up for it, I would definitely try it. It’s really helped me and I hope maybe it can help someone else!

I was seriously doing so well and then I had a really stressful week and I start pulling….it’s terrible!!! Like I tell myself not to do it but then I can’t help it because I’m so frustrated that I just pull and think its going to fix things. But in the end I’m just more upset because I pulled! Ugh—-I just want to stop so bad and I’m seriously beginning to think it’s hopeless…

okay so summer is really helping—I’m finding ways to keep busy and trying my best not to pull. So far I have been doing really really well. I think I am going to try and make it till next Saturday without a single pull….!!!!
