Day 2 down! Water is delish! It is much easier to try for 40 oz. daily than the SparkPeople recommended 64 oz. daily. It leaves room for a bit of coffee or beer or whatever.

How I did it: I set a challenge goal so that I would finish the book two weeks before the end of the year. I read the book and did many of the exercises. The book helps to organize your thoughts, values and roles for more effective life changing goals. It is a good tool for a goal review.
