Love is a verb my hubby says! And boy have we been conjugating! To love is to locate the place of patience in you, sit there in the middle of if and meditate. Love is to follow your breathe towards the place in you that moves the cord of compassion. Because you can become each others shadow, to love is to enter a magic rythm of touching solidity, sun and moon dancing. In practical terms, to love is to learn the art of cooking as a good practice of love making. To love is to know that I am responsible to take care of the loneliness that persists. That and life itself becomes the space to practice a myriad of ways to love. I’m a very good student!

How I did it: I realized I needed to learn about the roots of my financial habits and so that has taken a bit of time to do. I'm still learning and realize that using money falls into the many things I must implement to take good care of my self. I'm an emotional shopper and realizing has been liberating. I'm free now to take care of my emotions in other more wholesome ways. The learning goes on... Read how I did it…
