Trouble

I am having trouble getting started with this goal and trying to figure out how to do it. Anyone have any tips for me? I am a person who hates to excercise. I mostly hate running or walking on the tredmill. I really need someone there to motivate me to do this and help me watch what I eat. Does anyone who has lost weight and feel the same way about eating healthy and excercising have any suggestions or words of advice? Please help me!!!
