It’s all about discovering activities you love to do! I recently picked up hooping and I feel amazing. It’s a great activity that I can build on and do every day! I feel so confident when I can impress people with the tricks I learn. :]

How I did it: ]I've done this a bunch. It's really not that hard. If there's something you wanna make and you need help, search the internet or take some sewing lessons. Buy some DIY books and get inspired from those. If there's a certain look you are going for, research those and make a look book, then add notes to the garments you know you can modify. How I did it: My high school donates blood twice every year. I was finally old enough and after turning in my application and waiting six months to do so, I finally, in January donated blood. I'm not afraid of needles and have a pretty high tolerance to pain, so i was pretty exhilarated to donate. I don't know why I've always felt excited to donate blood, but since it's such a great service i'm doing i dont really mind. I got on the bus and t… Read how I did it…
i’ve gotten a lot better at letting people just be who they are, and that has given me the ability to let go of things about people that bother me and just accept their flaws as a part of what makes them good. being able to forgive doesn’t mean ignoring flaws but acknowledging them and accepting them.
i just started college, and every day I am meeting more and more people. At first I was how I always am, quiet and upset. But now, that I have forced myself to get closer to strangers I feel much more confident in myself and my ability to be friendly with others.
I don’t expect everyone to like me or be my friend, but I do enjoy making small talk more than I ever did before. I went to something called Playfair, and that really helped me open up because I was literally by myself going there. I knew one girl vaugely. And now my phone is full of numbers I can call or text whenever I’m feeling lonely!!! I’ve already made two friends I hope to stay close with.
Now I know I’m nowhere near being a social butterfly just yet, but this is a stage where I am comfortable being. I don’t feel like I have to wait on others to do something anymore. I am the one taking the initiative, and I am so excited for my new outlook on life to grow and change.
