How I did it: i was just sitting around and it occurred to me to do this for no particular reason, so I decided and haven't eaten sweets in about 2 months now. it is interesting to note how really easy it would be to start up again. sweets are everywhere! Read how I did it…

still working on this. my idea is to put together each of my journal entries that mention their names and give it to them once they’ve graduated from high school (arbitrary but it’s about the age I imagine they might actually read them). been doing this for the past 2 months now. It happened easily after my wife enrolled our kids into soccer and t-ball teams at the local YMCA. Now whenever they go to practice I cheer them on then work out for 45 minutes – the Y has free babysitting while I workout. All things said I workout 3 times a weeek and that’s PERFECT!
