I did part of this today, but it took so long I decided to leave the rest ‘til later. Plus, I used all of my lipstick… I think I need 2 or 3 more to get everything done. =D But I liked it and so did he. Unfortunately he didn’t give me the permission to put up a photo I took. ;)

How I did it: I've just been running more frequently. I'm in the army so I've had to run, which was good, because often I'm too lazy to do it myself. We've had the Cooper's test a few times and I've done it alone too, with the help of my sister. It's good to have someone to help and support you. I’ve been doing so great with this during the past months, but now I’m struggling… It must be the darkness and coldness and the fact that it really is autumn, soon to be winter. Or then I just need to get my energy levels higher and become more motivated.
I’d like to buy one of those “alarm clocks” that are actually lamps that are switched on some time before you should wake up. So that it’ll be a more natural awakening. Plus I think they wake you up with some nice nature sounds. But I think it would be expensive, plus I’m not sure it would fit my bedside table.
I suddenly felt that I want to read about different philosophers and their philosophy’s! Of course I’ve studied some philosophy in high school, so I know something, but I’d like to deepen my knowledge.
I’ll do it when I have the time…
