Okay – maybe that’s just my future. It’s crass by most standards but check it out. Gotta figure out how to come up with something that’ll last longer than a pilot on that thing.

Clean out the basement

Getting there 4 years ago

I managed to take out one footlocker (there were 4 when we moved in here A YEAR AGO) and I’m taking out another one this Friday along with three bags of trash and various pieces of wood I thought might be helpful.

Now I know where people get wood for boarding up windows and doors to prevent zombies from coming in.

Buy some functional yet fancy-looking cross trainers

I needed something mundane and achievable in the short term 4 years ago

Plus I’ve been looking around at many different shoes for the past two months. This is part of the joy and sadness of working at home – I need some more casual clothing but in the past, I’ve never had the time to just dart out and do it. I will do it now, though!
