I’d like to do this for a month or so. Really commit to it. My body is craving it – to clear and cleanse space.
So far I’ve only been taking in raw fruits and veggies in the morning. At night I tend to eat whatever is prepared or whatever the leftovers are. I just get tempted. If there’s anything I learned though about food, diet and my binge and purge tendencies is to allow myself to eat whatever I want.
Surrender to it and binge-eat and just give in to that greasy burger because my body just naturally starts craving for balance once it’s had enough.
I was almost a hundred percent raw for a week last week and I felt great! My period, which I’ve been stressing about cos I was late, just came. And my neurosis and all these worries disappeared. Good vibes started coming in and spiritual literature started making sense again. But my mom was hospitalized again for blood transfusion and chemo and I would help in taking turns to look after her and wham! There goes KFC.
I’m back in the house and I’m getting back to raw food living again. Hopefully.
