How I did it: Once I realized that I had no chance of getting promoted at my current company, I switched companies and am now a new Media Manager. My boyfriend recently surprised me with a Hot Air Balloon ride. Once we were a mile up in the air, he proposed!!! It was so wonderful that he took me to do something that I always wanted to do and made it an even more unforgettable evening.
