My husband and I have kicked the fast food habit! No more McD’s, Burger King, or any fast food!!!!

We feel better afterwards!!!

Best Feeling... 23 months ago

So, I have always had long hair and was very scared to cut it, but I knew this was a great cause! So, I cut 11 inches off and then my hair dresser cut another 4 inches to style! I love my new look and I can feel good on the inside for being able to give back to children.

Another Day, same workout... 2 years ago

I was up early this morning and bundled up before walking to the beach. I was in for a big surprise…in a matter of minutes the sun cracked through and there I was with two layers on a glorious sunny day!

I walked to the beach (which is a round trip of 2 miles), did 100 crunches, 25 squats and as soon as I’m done with my homework I’m off to stretch. Already feeling better, just a tiny bit tired! I hope all is well for everyone!
