A little advice: 6 months is a maximum for writing your Master’s if you’re doing it full time. People tend to keep on writing and rewriting it for ages. There are more important things in life! Make yourself an absolute deadline – an offer that can´t be rejected and you will thank your self afterwards. We did that – we didn’t sleep the last two weeks (almost) but it was worth it: we were finished right in time for summer and that was just perfect!
- I know it´s easy to say afterwards but seriously: on the job market people will look at how long you took to finish your studies more than at the grade you got for Master’s – and the result is often better when you have a fixed deadline, you’re more focused and motivated because you haven’t got to the point where you’re frustrated about how long time it’s taking you.
