all i had to do was find the loudest alarm i could…haha…the fact that i really stopped sleeping helps as well i guess…if you don’t go to sleep then you don’t have to worry about waking up and being late…

all i had to do was find the loudest alarm i could…haha…the fact that i really stopped sleeping helps as well i guess…if you don’t go to sleep then you don’t have to worry about waking up and being late…
So i still can’t sleep and i’m averaging 4 hours a week now…i would look into sleeping pills but i’m not really tired at all…so maybe i’m okay with it…is it just that my body doesn’t need a lot of sleep to function properly?
I tend to only get a few hours of sleep and because of that I tend to sleep through my alarm or to just hit the snooze. So this goal follows along with trying to get more sleep.
