How I did it: Whenever I was feeling the need to say something bad or a secret that I wasn't supposed to do, I would stop and ask my self : Do you really have NOTHING else to discuss??? don't YOU have some interesting news / things you've done / places you've been / thoughts you've made / anything that you would prefer discuss right now and NOT gossip about someone else's life? How I did it: Well I stopped having people around me whenever I wanted to do something "difficult". I bought my first car, and went on my own to do it. I did all the paper work, found an insurance company, talked to the bank etc etc. That made me feel independant. Read how I did it…

How I did it: Just push your self to do it, and then when you don't drink water you are going to feel so thirsty that eventually you will drink!!!A great tip is to drink one glass or two right when you get up from bed. Then the rest of the day you don't have to drink so much! 2 are already gone while you are half asleep...lol... Read how I did it…
