How to exercise every day

Superbly happy!!!

How I did it: I started with a 30 day challenge to exercise at least 30 minutes a day.  I put an envelope on my mirror that listed Day 1, Day 2 , Day 3 and I only kept it in 3 day increments to keep me motivated.  Every day after I finished, I got to put COMPLETE next to the day and a huge check mark!  It made me feel so good about myself to have completed that day!  It was great!  It feels great!  My skin looks great and … Read how I did it…
