starting on Saturday!!

Will go gluten and dairy free on Saturday, as well as free of other additives, salicylates and animes. That is our elimination diet, and after we’re free of symptoms, we’ll test some of the components to see what is aggravating us.



organize my kids' artwork.
We are drowning in papers.

My children draw two to ten works of art per day. And then they bring home art from school. Where do we put it all? I try to display it, but it is tough to change it out often enough. Still looking for a solution…

I think dairy might be making us feel worse than usual.

March 21 – 30th seems the best time to try to go dairy free, as the kids are off for spring break and won’t receive snacks w/potential dairy in them. My big problem at the moment is finding a convincing cheese substitute.
