Got my eye exam (the perscription got a little worse but not too bad) and new specs!

I’m not sure this entry can ever be “done”. But I have been keeping positive about things more than I used to. I realize that I can only do my best, and everything will work itself out.

I’ve started taking a Pilates class, it’s been over 2 months and I go 3 times a week, plus whatever extra days for lifting and cardio.

Pilates is GREAT! I suggest you try it. There is no better work out for your core (abs + back). If I could eat a little cleaner and do more cardio I would have a serious six pack right now.

It also helps with flexability, and injury reduction. I haven’t felt this good in awhile.

I start a new class next week, on the yoga ball. It’s alot more challenging than it looks.
