It’s time to get in shape.
I’m 17, 18 in July, and I want to look fabulous before I go out into the world.
I’m 5’ 8”, and currently (just weighed myself 30 min ago) 213 pounds.
I want to go down to 150, 155, or 160 (I’m very muscular and I don’t want to lose that).
This is what I’m going to do to get there:
1. Avoid all bread-type foods (not too hard for me cause I rarely eat them) (i.e. chips, bread, pasta, grains)
2. Look at the nutrition labels.
3. You can eat what you want, just be sure you know the calories and work that into your 1200 a day.
4. Never eat after 6 pm.
