They have the system totally figured out. there is no easy way out for any of us. Ive decided I need a vehicle because my lease is running out on my present one. Apparently if you don’t insure your vehicle on a continuing basis in Ontario you lose your driving record. Losing your driving record means that if you buy a vehicle down the road, and you went without insurance for oh say 2 months you will now have outrageous insurance rates. My plan was to not own a vehicle and buy one down the road when I could pay cash. Because of this driving record thing I decided to purchase one. Because I presently have a vehicle leased the bank says I’m not good for 2 vehicles and have to wait until the lease runs out. If they do loan me the money, it will be at an unacceptable 11%. I’m slowly starting to feel that I want to start an anti banking revolution lol. Who’s with me? lol
