I was one of those “living around a bonfire” kids, going to music festivals every and all summer and living an almost traveller existence. A blanket or quilt of your own was a necessity! You often had to share. Now I want to make my own to commemorate those days I loved so much, and maybe I can pass it on to my kids when we’re living that same way I did as a child.

I’ve always been one of those people that’s always making something. With a mother who spent her live as a community artist, I’ve always had artistic influences, and I’d just love to be able to sell things I make for a living. It would be perfect for who I am and the way I want to travel forever.

With some friends we arranged to go surfing at the funeral of a woman we all loved dearly. She was an outdoor spirit and an avid surfer. In her memory we go, with lessons from her friend and surf-buddy. Soon.
