I’m limping across the finish line on this task (finally) thanks to a great blog I ran across today: http://1000awesomethings.com/ (from which I stole all of these ideas)
93. Stomping dry crunchy leaves on the sidewalk
94. Taking my bra off after wearing it for hours
95. When I drive from a rough road onto a smooth one
96. Remembering what movie that guy is from
97. Finding something after looking forever
98. Getting into a bed with clean sheets – especially after shaving my legs
99. Dangling my feet in water
100. Scraping all the lint off an overflowing lint trap
Whew…I’m done!

I’m so leery about starting, but really what’s to be afraid of? This morning I brainstormed some ideas about themes to write lyrics about. I’m still not sure if it’d be better to start with the lyrics or the tune…maybe I’ll try it both ways? Why not? It’s not like I’m on a reality show and everyone in the world will hear me doing it!

I’ve taken on the equal, yet separate goal of learning guitar instead. It’s easier because I actually already have a guitar. If I happen on an inexpensive accordion I’m still interested. May the universe drop one into my lap!
