after a short vacation in Azeroth i return to this forum to discover new people saying the same thing as the old people. “we need a revoltion”, “i want to start a revolution”, “lets start a revolution”. so.. what are you waiting for? lets start one. what are your objectives? are you ready to loose everything because those currently in power have no intention of relinquishing power? and once you have power, how do you inted to keep it?

as the current featured entry points out, money is very important. which is why i have yet to do anything. but recently, some friends and I have thrown around the idea of opening an apartment complex. the currently apartment complex’s in this town are trash or tax credit (which makes them a pain to get in to).
i would like to open a decent complex that will have communal features. possibly offer free rent for working there: manning the desk, cleaning the grounds, tending to the green house.
there are a few colleges with an hours drive from here, as well as major cities for the region. i hope i can makei t work. im tired of fast food…

ive returned the world of the living, parting ways with Azeroth for an extended period of time. the most recent entry of mine is from 4 months ago. 4 months! what have i done 4 months? not a whole lot.
i wa2 doing good for the first month. i was reading more, excersing daily, eating good, learning to play an instrument, as well as many of activites i found joy in. 3 1/2 months ago it became cold outside, i got put on the graveyard shift and i discoverd WoW. my world, i as i knew it colapsed.
ive been playing Warcraft for the past 3 months almost exclusively. i quit my job at the cup factory ( this was inevetiable) and began working at the local Hadrdees (Carl’s Jr for you westerners) and havnt done much in the way in living.
the past few days have been weird. the weather is wonderful, i’ve barely touched Warcraft and have been reading a lot more. ive gone outside for more than 2 minutes at a time and have been much happier.
ive got the exsisting part down to a T, its time to begin working in the living part of this goal. i deleted many goals on my list, goals that were simply unattainable; goals i no longer had any interest in.
i miss my conversations with my friend about whatever was on my mind, i miss reading a random wiki entry, i miss holding my base, i miss walking in circles in the warm sun, i miss my life :(

is it jsut me or do the people you try to share your knowledge with dont seem to care? i work in a factory. many people are new or get moved from one job to another. with that, i’ve gained a few people under me. after a while of having them constantly run to me when something messes up and demanding i fix it, i decided to show them how to fix it. what do they do? blow me off and walk away! and cant not fix it, cause that creates downtime and i’ll end up getting in trouble. the worse part, some of these ppl are twice my age! why must they be so immature… its kinda discouraging..

it recently started to snow/freeze and the roads and parkinglots are covered in 2 inches of ice. i decided, since the plow trucksdont think we need non slick places to park, i owuld clean myself a parking spot as to not slide and wreck my car. i was outside in a big heavy coat and gloves. using a 10 pound weight, originally a claw hammer (but that broke), and a broom i was making good progress on this project. then, i get a disturbance of the peace called on me. granted it was 11 at night when the cops arrived, but damn it, i was half finished…
/kinda puts a damper on my “just do it” attitude

ive been getting better at this. its more along the lines of self disipline, but i have actually done things indstead of just saying “later”.
and i a few things i really want to do. hopefully i will manage to do them. (thus being able to strike them and this off my list)

the first time i ever saw the movie was in the theatre on bring a virgin night. i got the lipstick V and what not. i got chosen to perfom there initiation all because of my “50’s hair”.
that movie was very odd (remember this is my first veiwing) and the stage act only made it better. well worth the 5$ tickets.

so whats the goal here? to create a co-op? to make the world a happy collective? if so, you all need to start talking, collaborate, join the other (similiar) goals on this great website. such has Save the World , Start a Revolution , and Start a Commune . if the goal is different, please inform me, i would like to help obtain such goals if others are willing to help out aswell.

then i went to Barnes & Noble. i’m really good at not buying thigs, but books are my kryptonite. anyway, i got “Babbit” by Sinclair Lewis, “Ishmael: An Adventure of the Mind and Spirit” by Daniel Quinn, “Common Sense and Other Writings” by Thomas Paine, “Candide” by Voltaire, “Utopia” by Sir Thomas More, and the latest issue of 2600. I’ve previously read “Common Sense” and i suggest others do the same.
i also bought weights, but that assists me with other goals, so, in a way, i do “need” them.

i did pick up my violin today. i even tuned it. but thats about as far as a got. i bought my violin this past summer with the intention of playing holiday tunes during the, uh, holidays. the holidays are now upon us and i cant even remeber the standard tuning off the top of my head.
/ i also “play” the bass. same amount of strings, differnt cleff, tends to complicate things

a great site to find other mac users is SpyMac . its a huge mac community and most of the users are pretty friendly. with a user base of 1,000,000 im sure you all can find a great ichat companion.
when you all say use ichat with another, is it because certain functions (voice and video) dont work with a standard AIM client?
/ never tryed it, wouldnt know

hmm, it appears i marked “done” prematurely. it would have been fine had i not rearranged anything. since i did, i found all sorts of stuff to clean, throw away, and move somewhere else.
i could look at this way: as long as i never finish cleaning it can never be dirty again.

i have a great concept for a faux superhero story. it will be a finite series. i think 15 story arcs with a few minor storylines will do the trick. i have most of the stories timeline filled in, and quite of bit of exact story written out. my biggest issue is dialoge, oh, and drawing. i havnt really drawn in ages…
