How I did it: This was the second day of breath-focus, and I was doing pretty ok. Getting impatient at the end, but I hanged on by focusing back on my breath an keeping my attitude of dignity.I noticed how much tension I have in my muscles, and at the beginning even could not breath fully without muscle spasms.
