I am always impressed when I see good dancers, it is so nice, leave you breathless, plus enjoying in such a beautiful music. I would like to learn to dance but I never find enough of time. I can’t say that I am lazy but…. soon, I promise to myself.
P.S. I know one guy who is all dedicated to dance. Maybe I should see with him…. Hm.

He actually doesn’t ask if I could lose some weight but I know that it would make him happy and that it would make myself happy, as well. It is summer and it shouldn’t be as hard as I always think. Just put smile on your face and take what you want.
P.S. I should lose more than 10 pounds but it is just enough for the start.
Whenever I think about doing some exercise I think about that in a bad way. I always see only sweating and tiredness and forget about that I am going to feel great after that. My mind will feel great and my body will feel great as well. I should start with doing exercises for 15 minutes every morning, before taking a shower. I hope that I am not going to give up as it is just a little of effort. I hope that this is going to be a good start and also I hope that I am finally going to change my way of thinking.
