How I did it
How I did it: Got myself an Ott-light (full spectrum), used it whenever I was sitting at my desk. Also, moved my desk nearer to a window. Tried to get outside for 10 minutes every day, unless the weather was too nasty. Also, took ginseng. Read how I did it…
