Did upper body and stretched. Have to keep varying excercises. Don’t do the same ones more than 3 times, have to keep shocking my body.
Going to a celebratory lunch now, goal: eat as healthy as possible. Have heartburn from last night from a little too much red wine, not fun at all.
One foot in front of the other

I know exactly what to do, now it’s just a matter of doint it. EACH decision matters. I will not sabbotage it this time by thinking “ah well, it’s not important”. It is important. My team is rooting for me. MJ and Sean and Lance. I would be letting them down too and this, I can’t do. I’ll need their support and I’ll need to keep positive too.
I don’t want an escape anymore, I want to be fully awake. I don’t want a shortcut, I will work for it.
