about 4 years ago i could do one its really good very scary worth doing, you must take it slowly on mats and have someone there to spot you who knows what there doing, and build up to it from there
i seen kraftwerk live when they came to Australia in 2003 for the big day out tour and i swear by this they were awesome i never had heard of them i just happend to be in the right place at the right time and it WENT OFF. MUST SEE
