I’ve just finished a month-long trial at a gym in Oranmore and today I re-joined my old gym. I’ve been eating well and exercising, and while I can’t really see any difference, my mam says I’ve lost a good bit of weight around my tummy. My motivation is slipping a bit, but I’m going to try my hardest to keep going.
